OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Timely and courteous service to customers in adherence with Eddie Rocket’s policies and procedures

· Thorough knowledge of menu items, milkshakes, and beverages (including beer and wine if applicable)

· Thorough knowledge and proficiency in the POS system

· Maintain clean and organized workstation

· Adherence to daily/nightly/weekly cleaning schedules

· Strict adherence to posted schedule and start and finish times

· attendance to staff meetings and development training as required

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

· Host duty - responsible for greeting and providing an explanation of how the customers place an order

· Responsible for bussing and resetting tables (if applicable to location)

· Keeping floor clean/restrooms clean

· Responsible for knowing our food and the presentations in the event a guest inquires about ingredients.

· Cashier – responsible for taking the order and providing 6 points of service to each customer

· Responsible for cash in cash drawers during shift

· Ensure that the handling of cash and the operation of registers is in accordance with Eddie Rocket’s cash handling manual

· Shake station – preparing hand-spun milkshakes and beverages

· Expedite - The Expediter is our quality-control point. Is the last food quality and accuracy check before the food is ready for the customer

· Expediters must be able to completely read and understand all docket orders and be able to multitask in a high-pressure environment

· Responsible for tracking docket times and responding to management and food Server inquiries regarding changes to dockets, add-ons, and docket times.

· Menu Tour Every Waitron employee must be able to explain our menu in detail
Take out orders- processes all takeout orders, cross-checks order

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: €10.50-€11.30 per hour
